This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the optoelektronika.com.pl website.

The legal basis for processing data submitted through the form is the consent of the person submitting the enquiry – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. If the enquiry concerns establishing cooperation or entering into a contract, the data may also be processed in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
If you contact us directly by e-mail, the data contained in the correspondence is processed for the purpose of responding to your message and conducting further correspondence.

Data provided in connection with an enquiry is stored for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and complete the related correspondence.
If the correspondence leads to the establishment of cooperation or the conclusion of a contract, the data may be retained for the period necessary to carry out the cooperation, fulfil legal obligations and until the expiry of the period during which claims may be pursued or defended against.

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint

Providing data through the contact form is voluntary. However, data marked as required is necessary in order to submit an enquiry and enable the Controller to provide a response.
12. Automated Decision-Making
Personal data provided through the website is not used by the Controller for automated decision-making or profiling.

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the processed data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
